To farm the Reins of the Heavenly Onyx Cloud Serpent, head to Kun-Lai Summit in Pandaria where the Sha of Anger spawns. This world boss can be found roaming the area around the Temple of the White Tiger.

To farm the Son of Galleon's Saddle, travel to the Valley of the Four Winds in Pandaria where Galleon, the world boss, spawns. Galleon can be found patrolling the area around the Silken Fields.

To farm the Reins of the Cobalt Primordial Direhorn, head to the Isle of Giants in Pandaria. Oondasta is a world boss located on the western side of the island.

To farm the Reins of the Thundering Cobalt Cloud Serpent, travel to the Isle of Thunder in Pandaria. Nalak, the world boss, can be found just outside the entrance to the Throne of Thunder raid.

Defeat Mistress Sassz'ine in the Tomb of Sargeras on Heroic difficulty.

Defeat Argus the Unmaker, the last boss, on Mythic difficulty.

Defeat High Tinker Mekkatorque in the Battle of Dazar'alor raid on Heroic or Mythic difficulty.

Defeat The Nine, the 3rd boss in the Sanctum of Domination raid, on any difficulty for a chance at the Sanctum Gloomcharger's Reins mount. Clear all prior bosses, including The Tarragrue and Soulrender Dormazain, to unlock the encounter; no shortcuts are available.
